PROBLEMS IN TECH Empty PROBLEMS IN TECH

For those of you who are in tech, it is pretty obvious what is going on. The TD, Casey, has been given control of the classroom and is really helping us out. Already, we are ten times better than where we were at. If you, or anyone has a problem with Casey or how he does things, suck it up and be an adult. Do no whine, i'm sick of it. He knows more about what he's doing than you do.

With the whining, I got asked to keep an eye out on some people who have been somewhat uncooperative the past few days with Casey. I do not want to do this for it is not my job to play babysitter, but I think it is fair to be more strict with those people if they continue, and from what I was told, will continue to whine. So I am not being mean by saying this or doing this, but it's obvious who's been causing the most drama in Tech and I won't stand for the attitude or whining like I had the "pleasure" of listening to on Tuesday. But, if you're in Tech and they cause problems to you or your crew, I ask that you don't take their complaints and just (for lack of better words) put them in their place please. I think it's best to kill the drama now than to let it thrive like it has in years past. Thank you Very Happy

High school theatre is a balance that involves both work and fun. Of course I'm all for more organization and leadership, but if peoples' feelings are getting hurt by being forced to feel inferior, they deserve consolation. It'd be different if this was everyone's job, but this is a high school activity. "Suck it up" probably wasn't the best thing to say.
